Dr Ryan Kozak is a product of The Woodlands, Texas after moving here from Michigan with his family. His Father was a local businessman. Dr Kozak was accepted to and ultimately was graduated from Texas Christian University. He then attended medical school at UTMB at Galveston like Dr Purcell. His residency in Pediatrics was completed at Scott and White in Temple, Texas. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a strong advocate of childhood vaccines and breastfeeding.
Dr Kozak is married and has two fast growing children. They like good food and he is willing and happy to get up at 4am any given day to put a delicately prepared brisket or any other massive cut of meat on his smoker. Like Dr Purcell, he really isn’t all that interested in mowing the yard, but he does like a well manicured landscape and will do what is necessary to keep it manicured. He is very compassionate and caring for his patients and will advocate vigorously for them.
