First two hours of each day are reserved for parents with urgent calls or those having children that may need to be seen that day. Please hold non-urgent calls such as prescription refills, referrals and well child appointment requests for later in the morning or afternoon.
Our nursing staff is also available to speak with you about concerns and to help you determine whether your child needs to be seen in the office.
After hours, the doctors may be paged for urgent or emergency issues that can’t wait until office hours. You may reach our service by calling our office at 281-364-8600. Our on-call doctor will return your call. We strive to return calls within 30 minutes.
