Hospitals
Our doctors have privileges at Memorial Hermann- The Woodlands Hospital St. Luke’s Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas Children’s – The Woodlands, and Methodist – The Woodlands. You and your doctor will decide which hospital is most appropriate for your child’s needs, admission or outpatient care. Also, your insurance company may require you to utilize certain hospitals.

Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only in order to operate efficiently, timely and respectfully of your other commitments. We schedule 15-minute appointments for check-ups and sick visits and have 30-minute consultations appointments available as well. We will try to accommodate your schedule needs; however the availability of appointments and the nature of your child’s problem will ultimately determine your appointment time. On occasion, a very ill child will need a prolonged or immediate visit and we will try to keep you apprised of any scheduling delays. We ask that when you make your appointment, you give us as detailed information as possible so that we may allot the appropriate amount of time for your child. Please be sure to remind us if your child has any pertinent health history when scheduling your appointment. We ask all patients to arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete check-in. We reserve the right to reschedule any patient that is late for their appointment. Please help us to stay on schedule by calling if you will be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment.

Who will see my newborn?

If you deliver at one of the aforementioned hospitals, the staff doctor will see you in the hospital and we will resume care upon your discharge from the hospital. Call our office upon discharge so we can set an appointment.

Payment Policy
We ask that payment be made at the time of the visit. We accept Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Visa. We can no longer accept cash or checks. We will file your insurance claim for you if we are contracted with your particular managed care plan. You will be billed for charges that your insurance company did not pay. All co-pays and deductible payments are due at the time of the visit. We can offer a payment plan for self-pay patients. For more details, refer to our financial policy.
